We are excited to share that PDX Jazz will be making a significant improvement to your membership experience in coming weeks.

In fall 2020, we launched our new website featuring a Members Only portal rich in exclusive content and special offers. The Members Only portal was the first step towards enhancing your membership experience at PDX Jazz. Our powerful new website incorporates robust and secure ecommerce and patron account management technology, allowing PDX Jazz to bring the entire membership experience in-house. Soon, you will be able to manage your membership account at a single online location, pdxjazz.org.

As a PDX Jazz member, you currently have an account and login credentials at Arts People, a third-party company that manages your financial transactions with PDX Jazz, including membership sign-up and renewal. In the near future, we will migrate your membership account to pdxjazz.org, including your contact information and membership status, greatly improving our service to PDX Jazz members. For security reasons, your billing information will not be transferred to your new account.

You will receive an email from webstore@pdxjazz.com notifying you that Your PDX Jazz | Where Jazz Lives account has been created! Emails were sent to members beginning Thursday, October 7th. If you have not received an email by Monday, October 11th, please check your spam and/or junk email folders, if the email is not in one of those folders, please notify us at members@pdxjazz.com. This email will contain (1) your username, (2) a link to login to your account, and (3) a temporary password. You will need to log in to set your new account up, including updating your temporary password to one of your choosing. You may also add billing information to your account to automate your annual renewal process or establish monthly deductions. There are many other account features to explore.

Upon establishing your permanent account login credentials, you will have a single secure login at pdxjazz.org, providing full access to your secure membership account and unlocking member benefits across the website.

Please note, it is critical that you do not edit or delete your existing Arts People account. PDX Jazz will notify you when your account at Arts People has been permanently closed.
