When You Receive Your Tickets
Please check all of your tickets for accurate performances, dates, times, and seat locations. If you feel there is an error in your order, please call the ticketing company that issued your tickets or PDX Jazz at 503-228-5299.
General Admission (GA) Shows
General Admission (GA) shows do not guarantee a specific seating location. Some GA shows are Standing Room Only (SRO), no seating is available. PDX Jazz may reserve premium seating locations at GA shows for PDX Jazz members.
Will Call
Ticket Services staff will be available at the venue when the doors open for the performance and will distribute Will Call, sell additional seats to the current performance, if available, and answer seating questions. Tickets for future performances will not be sold at the Box Office window.
Refunds and Exchanges
No refunds or exchanges. All programs, artists, dates, times, and venues are subject to change.
COVID-19
The venues that host PDX Jazz events establish their own COVID-19 policies. You must meet venue requirements for entrance into the venue hosting the PDX Jazz event.
LIABILITY LIMITATION
All persons in attendance at any PDX Jazz event voluntarily assume all risks and danger incidental to the event whether occurring prior to, during, or after same, including, but not limited to, contracting, and/or spreading the COVID-19 virus, and agree that Portland Jazz Festival Incorporated dba PDX Jazz, the event venue, performing artist’s, and the aforementioned entities employees, officers, directors, members, contractors, and authorized agents are not responsible or liable for any injuries, sickness, or death resulting from such causes.
All persons in attendance at any PDX Jazz event acknowledge that the COVID-19 pandemic remains a threat to individual and public health, COVID-19 is a highly contagious disease transmitted through human contact and respiratory droplets (including through the air and via common surfaces) and it is possible that the person may contract COVID-19 while at the event.
This Liability Limitation extends to all attendee’s heirs, personal representatives and/or assigns.
This policy is subject to change.
Lost Tickets
If your tickets are lost or stolen, please contact the ticketing company that issued your tickets or the PDX Jazz office as soon as possible. All replacement tickets will be held at Will Call. We are only able to replace tickets purchased through official primary ticketing providers.
Artists Change/Weather/Cancellation
Artists are subject to change without prior notice and a change of artist is not cause for a refund. All shows are rain or shine. In the unlikely event a performance is canceled, refunds will be available from the company issuing the ticket.
Donate Your Tickets
In the event you cannot use your ticket, you may convert your ticket into a tax-deductible donation by:
Contacting the PDX Jazz office a minimum of two (2) business days prior to the performance date and time printed on the ticket.
Verification is required. The destroyed ticket must be received by PDX Jazz via U.S. mail, courier, or email photocopy in order to be eligible for a tax-credit. Tax-credit receipts are only issued after the performance has occurred. A tax-credit receipt acknowledging the value of the ticket donation will be mailed to the current name and address of the purchaser listed on patron account records. Donated tickets are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law.
PDX Jazz Membership Policy
Immediately upon sign-up to PDX Jazz Membership, PDX Jazz Members have access to PDX Jazz Members exclusive benefits and information. There are no refunds or exchanges for PDX Jazz Membership purchases.
