To honor 34 years of Argyle sparkling wine, and the return of visitors from around the country to the Willamette Valley, from June through August of this year, we’ll be celebrating a Summer of Sparkling together with Argyle.
Saturday, June 26th – Mike Phillips
If there’s one particular word which comes to mind while both describing critically hailed saxophonist Mike Phillips and an ongoing theme of his illustrious music career within the jazz, R&B and even hip-hop worlds, it would be “authentic.” World renowned saxophonist Mike Phillips is the only musician in the world to have recorded and toured with the legendary “Big Three” of American soul and pop music: Michael Jackson, Prince, and Stevie Wonder, not only as a member of the band, but as a featured soloist.
