PDX Jazz wants you to be completely satisfied with your order and we will process returns or exchanges for damaged or incorrect items received as quickly as possible.
If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. All emails should reference your original order number and the words “Return” or “Exchange” should be in the subject line of the email. If you do not know your order number, please provide as many details as possible regarding your order including: your contact information, order date, items ordered, payment method, and mailing address.
- Items may be returned for a refund or exchanged for an identical item within 30 days from the date of purchase. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please email us as quickly as possible.
- All returns or exchanges are made to the purchaser of the order.
- Shipping costs to send any item back to PDX Jazz for return or exchange is the responsibility of the customer.
- Refunds will be equal to the cost of the item. The shipping and handling cost will not be refunded.
- Apparel items may only be exchanged for an identical item in the same or a different size in new condition. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any item that has been worn, washed, dried, damaged, or stained.
- Please note that we will try to complete your exchange, but we cannot guarantee availability as many items are limited editions or otherwise discontinued. If an identical item is no longer available, you may select a similar item at equal value for your exchange.
